Mobile Product Manager (Job Number:10144)

Summary:
Responsible for identifying, defining and leading (thought leadership) the creation of new best-in-class mobile product experiences and initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible to understand and exceed the mobile needs of the BCBSMN organization and its consumers. The Mobile Product Manager will accomplish this by tracking emerging mobile trends, anticipating market needs, defining appropriate strategies / initiatives, leading the execution and launch of mobile products, and measuring effectiveness of products and services.
Accountabilities:
1. Develop, execute, maintain and monitor a comprehensive mobile marketing strategy that increases BCBSMN mobile capabilities, usage and engagement.
2. Create and manage product roadmap and multi-generation product plans to define and communicate future product lines that meet consumer expectations.
3. Successfully plan and lead new mobile product launches from inception to post-launch evaluation.
4. Lead development of and maintain BCBSMN standards and process for creating and developing mobile solutions that meet BCBSMN consumer needs.
5. Create mobile marketing collateral to support new products and services.
6. Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success.
7. Mentor, provide training and educate professionals throughout the organization on emerging trends, new devices and other mobile-related news.
8. Drive innovative ideas to create and deliver best-in-class mobile products and services to meet BCBSMN organizational and consumer needs.
9. Research and develop methods to learn and understand emerging trends and technologies, to position BCBSMN as industry leaders in the mobile space.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or related field and 10 years of technology design (software, apps, mobile, etc.) with 2 years focused on creating mobile products and services or 14 years of technology design in lieu of a Bachelors degree?
- Significant knowledge of mobile landscape, devices and user experience
- Deep knowledge of Android, iOS and Windows devices / operating systems
- Awareness and high-level knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Proven track record of successful mobile launches and consumer engagement
- Ability to embody BCBSMN values and represent as mobile thought leader
- Experience in working with integrated marketing teams
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for mobile devices and products
- Record of success balancing strategic, analytical, creative, and operational teams to effectively implement and execute mobile initiatives.
- Results-oriented approach driven by organizational and consumer goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters, advanced degree and/or MBA highly desirable
- Familiarity with healthcare technology products, systems and tools
- Ability to interface / present with senior level and executive management
- Recognized within mobile industry as expert or thought leader
- A strong interest in, and knowledge of, how healthcare organizations utilize mobile products / services to engage with their consumers
- Knowledge of healthcare market (value chain, market dynamics, regulations).
