Summary:
This position is responsible for the development of all online marketing initiatives including but not limited to product campaigns, eCommerce, website planning and maintenance, design execution and tracking of email marketing, expansion of client and partner portals and the development of social media opportunities for the B2B and B2C market segments. They will be responsible for the analysis of data as it relates to all eMarketing projects and will report results and make recommendations based on key findings.
Accountabilities:
1. Execute online marketing plans
2. Effectively and creatively utilize a wide range of digital marketing tactics including email, web, multi-media, online advertising, and social media
3. Maintains a consistent approach for all electronic external messaging and creative executions
4. Support and collaborate with the Marketing leadership team for the overall marketing strategy
5. Implement and maintain a measurable, comprehensive social media strategy to increase visibility, produce online traffic and ultimately generate sales
6. Stay up to date on the latest trends in interactive marketing/media and partner with our iMarketing team as needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field and 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on eMarketing or 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- Must possess a working knowledge of social media tools and techniques for B2B, B2C and strong email marketing experience, proven ability to create and implement marketing strategies to grow the business
- Strong ability to explore, evaluate, and recommend potential use for new trends in marketing
- Aptitude to contribute individually and participate in cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously in a fast paced environment, under deadline pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled to create great working relationships with all levels in the company and across multiple disciplines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree
- Knowledge of health care industry
